We try to visit within 2-5 business days for an inspection. Emergency repairs (such as broken weatherstripping or breakage) can often be handled the same week.

We usually repair weatherstripping, defective hinges, stuck mechanisms, insulated glass breakage, play in the window frame and damaged seals. These are the problems that cause heat loss and drafts.

We always start with repairing the existing window — this is cheaper and more sustainable. Only if the window can no longer be repaired cost-effectively do we advise replacement with a new (energy) window.

Standard Fly Screen Repair: Mesh replacement for €25 per window.

Absolutely! Our repair service guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship. However, if your mesh is damaged by your mischievous cat or an enthusiastic kick, that unfortunately is not covered by the warranty. We offer a guarantee on our repair and installation. After delivery in perfect condition, the mesh itself is not covered by warranty. Have questions? We're happy to help!

Yes, we work according to all hygienic guidelines. We wear masks, disinfect our tools and maintain distance where possible. Ventilation through windows is also improved after repair.
