Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and service deliveries by Raamdeco.

2. Quotes and agreements

All quotes are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation or after the start of work.

3. Prices and payment

All stated prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer is automatically in default and is liable for a default interest of 10% per year.

4. Execution of the agreement

We will execute the agreement to the best of our knowledge and ability. If and insofar as proper execution requires this, we have the right to have certain work performed by third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the delivered products and services rest with us, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, the customer acquires a right of use for the end product.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant case by our professional liability insurance, or — if no payment is made — to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill any obligation. Force majeure includes: power outages, internet outages, server failures with third parties, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the district where our registered office is located.
